Dell.com redesign (systems) 2009-2011
We rolled out the first phase of Dell.com’s global redesign initiative in 2010. Redesigning a site from the ground up for the second largest e-tailer in the world was no small task. We created blueprints, templates, design patterns and a library to house the assets in support of the initative, and have been rolling out ever since. Our work for the Canada version of the site (the only one that had launched at the time) won us a Webby in 2011.
Dell.com redesign (electronics & accessories) 2009-2011
Dell’s Electronics & Accessories (E&A) portion of the site constitutes a large portion of Dell’s overall sales and includes Dell-branded as well as third-party products. I led the migration and redesign effort and created all UX documentation to support the project. (This has not yet launched)

Dell.com redesign (single sign-on) 2009-2011
Dell Community is a section of Dell.com that contains blogs, wikis, and forums related to Dell products and services. Unfortunately, it required a seperate username and password than Dell.com proper, which was a point of confusion for many users. I illustrated this after reviewing several usability videos and provided short term and long term solutions to this issue.
Citigroup (Citicards.com balance transfers) 2007-2008
Balance Transfers abandonment rates before the redesign was 83%. Post redesign, analytics team reported a 50%(+) drop in abandonment, which translates to ~$2.38MM increased revenue yearly that can be directly attributed to design improvements alone as variables such as rate, promotions, etc. were controlled. Translation: Good UX = $$$

Ameriquest Mortgage 2003-2004

College Ski Week 2003
A brochure site for college winter break that I designed and developed. Horizontal scrolling, a bit unconventional at the time (still is I suppose), but this was for an edgier audience so we could afford to push the envelope a little bit.
Paradise Parties 2001-2006
Comps for ParadiseParties.com. Site design & development, SEO, graphic design (banners, etc.). Voted “Netscape Open Directory Cool Site” for Oct 2002. Featured in “Best of the Web 2002” under student travel category. (Hey, these were kind of a big deal back in the day. We didn't have fancy Webbys then!)
American Express 2000-2001
American Express Funds global template, and intranet site.
Thanks for looking! I've got a lot more to show, but putting everything I've ever done out on the interwebs is not my top priority ;) so contact me if you would like to speak in more detail about my work.
